Nicky has designed, developed and managed an array of successful Bahamian brands, along with the creative team who support her creative network and continued vision for brands of The Bahamas.
As a UK award winning designer Nicky has been producing world-class design in The Bahamas for over 18 years, and has won several international awards for design and creativity for Bahamian brands. Her strengths lie in her dedication to understanding her clients’ needs before she embarks into the design process. Nicky is as comfortable strategizing as she is designing.
Born in London, UK, Nicky brings a wealth of experience from the British advertising industry, yet has refined her talent in The Bahamas. From retail to finance, Nicky has creatively collaborated in numerous types of industries, including education, healthcare, financial services, retail, insurance, telecommunications and real estate, with a drive for success and a passion for creativity.
Nicky also believes in using her talents to support her community and has donated her skills and time to help develop brands for The Ranfurly Home for Children, The Bahamas Down Syndrome Centre, The Bahamas AIDS Foundation, The Cancer Caring Centre and The Meah Foundation.

Shaped by a unique combination of life and work experience, Toby brings a broad range of insight to Tegra Solutions.
Born in The Bahamas, Toby has lived, attended school or worked in Luxembourg, Canada and Great Britain, before returning to place of his birth in 1996.
Toby’s career started in marketing research for The Minit Group and Caradon Mira UK, before switching to Sales with IBM Bahamas Ltd. in 1996. This research background provides a balanced view of the customer and market trends resulting in solutions that fit customer expectations and budgets.
Throughout his career, diverse experiences have enabled him to develop strong partnerships across the globe, which have become the cornerstones of Tegra Solutions extensive portfolio.
